Privacy Policy

RenewNudge℠ ("RenewNudge", "we", "us", or "our") provides a customer success operations CRM (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

• Account information. Name, email address, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (including via Google OAuth).
• Workspace content. Accounts, contacts, notes, tasks, risks, and other CRM data you enter into the Service.
• Integration data. If you connect Gmail or other third-party services, we receive OAuth tokens and the metadata required to perform the actions you authorize (for example, sending emails on your behalf).
• Usage data. Log data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and timestamps, collected automatically.
• Cookies and local storage. Used to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as theme.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• Authenticate users and secure accounts.
• Send transactional emails (account, security, and product notifications).
• Improve features, debug issues, and prevent abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your workspace content to train machine learning models.

When you connect a Google account, RenewNudge's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the scopes needed to deliver features you explicitly enable, and we do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed to provide or improve those features, comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers that host infrastructure, process payments, send email, or provide analytics under contractual confidentiality obligations.
• Other members of your workspace, who can see content you contribute to that workspace.
• Authorities, when required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
• Acquirers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. You may request deletion at any time; we will delete or anonymize data within a reasonable period, subject to legal retention requirements.

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit, role-based access controls, and row-level security in our database. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email us at support@renewnudge.lovable.app.

We may process personal information in countries other than your own. When we do, we use appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date and, where required, notified to you by email or in-app notice.
